AG Jeff Landry Wins Injunction Against Federal Censorship Enterprise
MONROE, LA – Yesterday a federal judge blocked the Biden Administration from colluding with Big Tech companies to censor Americans' protected speech. In Louisiana and Missouri v. Biden et al., Judge Terry Doughty of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana prohibited key Biden officials from pressuring or conspiring with social media companies to suppress any content containing protected free speech on their platforms.
MONROE, LA – Yesterday a federal judge blocked the Biden Administration from colluding with Big Tech companies to censor Americans' protected speech. In Louisiana and Missouri v. Biden et al., Judge Terry Doughty of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana prohibited key Biden officials from pressuring or conspiring with social media companies to suppress any content containing protected free speech on their platforms.

It is the purpose of the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment to preserve an uninhibited marketplace of ideas in which truth will ultimately prevail, rather than to countenance monopolization of the market, whether it be by government itself or private licensee."
