Agents with Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a man from New Orleans on July 8, 2025.

49-year-old Jeffrey Alain Boone, of Michael Street in New Orleans, was arrested for:

• 19 Counts - LA RS 14:81.1 E(5)(a) -- Pornography involving juveniles (under the age of thirteen)
• 1 count – L.A RS 14:130.1 – Obstruction of Justice

Agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with General Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit, the New Orleans Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, and US Marshals.

Boone was booked into New Orleans Central Lock-up.
