AG Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrests Covington man for Sexual Abuse of an Animal and Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material
Agents with Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a Covington man on a number of disturbing charges.
31-year-old Joshua Frank, of 10th Street in Covington, was arrested on August 7, for violating:
- LA R.S. 14:81.1 Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (Felony) - 5 Counts
- LA R.S. 14:89.3 Sexual Abuse of an Animal (Felony) - 1 Count
Agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit and the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Frank was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail.
His bond information is unknown at this time.
