Agents with Attorney General Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation recently arrested a man from Slidell for Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material under the age of thirteen.

77-year-old Dennis Kenneth Canzonire, of Gwen Drive in Slidell, was arrested on January 13 for violating:

• LA R.S. 14:81.1 (Possession of) Child Sexual Abuse Material under the Age of Thirteen (13); 5 counts

Agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with The Louisiana Bureau of Investigation (LBI) Cyber Crime Unit, the 22nd JDC ICAC Task Force, the Covington Police Department and the Slidell Police Department.

Upon arrest, Canzonire was transported to the Slidell City Jail for booking. 

His bond information is unknown at this time.
