AG Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrests Metairie man for more than 40 counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material

Agents with Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a man from Metairie for more than 40 counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material.

20-year-old Michael Paul Duhe Jr, of North Tribune Street in Metairie, was arrested for violating:

  • 14:81.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material Under the Age of 13 (16 counts)
  • 14:81.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (25 counts)

Agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigations Cyber Crimes Unit, Louisiana Bureau of Investigations Fugitive Apprehension Unit, Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office, St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office, Kenner Police Department, East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations and Federal Bureau of Investigations.

Michael Duhe Jr. was booked into the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center.

His bond information is unknown at this time.
