Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrests man from Doyline for 47 counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material and 15 counts of Unlawful use of a social media
Agents with Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a man from Doyline for Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material and Unlawful use of a social networking website.
33-year-old Kage Robert Paul Waters, of Gas Plant Road in the village of Doyline in Webster Parish, was arrested at his home on March 3 for:
- LA R.S. 14.81.1 – Possession of CSAM (47 counts)
- LA R.S. 14.91.5 – Unlawful use of a social networking website (15 counts)
LBI agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which jumpstarted their investigation.
Waters is a registered sex offender.
This arrest was the result of a joint investigation with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation and the Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Waters was booked into the Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center.
His bond information is unknown.
The investigation continues.
