Agents with Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a man from Lafayette on April 16, 2026.

68-year-old Warren L. Frank, of Knollwood Drive in Lafayette, was arrested on the following charges:

• 13 Counts of 14:81.1 E(5)(a) - Child Sexual abuse material under the age of thirteen - (Felony)

LBI agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children which kickstarted our investigation.

Frank’s arrest is the result of a joint investigation between the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation and Homeland Security Investigations. 

He was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center. 

His bond has been reportedly set at $100,000.
